Chrystal's started in a farmhouse kitchen near Loch Lomond in 2007, baking for family, then for the local farmers' markets, and eventually for restaurants, hotels and delis the length of the country. The recipe hasn't changed in generations. There's no chocolate coating, no fruit, no shortcuts. Just the best butter, hand-cut trays, and the sort of biscuit that's been keeping Scotland in good company for a very long time.
