Christies Cashmere is based in Glasgow, United Kingdom. We ship domestically and internationally. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery estimates are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holiday seasons.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Import charges are handled differently depending on the destination country. Please read the section relevant to your delivery address.
Canada and United States
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the final delivered price. No additional charges will be due on delivery. Parcels will clear customs without any action required from the customer.
All Other International Destinations
For all destinations not listed above (including but not limited to Europe Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, and Israel), import duties, VAT or GST, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are assessed by the destination country's customs authority and are payable by the customer on arrival.
- Payment of all duties, taxes, and customs fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Your carrier will contact you to arrange payment before releasing your parcel.
- Christie's Cashmere has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and order value.
- Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned to us, and you may be responsible for any additional return shipping costs incurred.
Customers shipping to these destinations are advised to check with their local customs office before placing an order if they are unsure about potential charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
For international orders, tracking updates may be limited once the parcel leaves the United Kingdom and enters the destination country's postal system.
Undelivered & Returned Parcels
A parcel may be returned to Christies Cashmere for any of the following reasons:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.
- Delivery attempts were unsuccessful and the parcel was not collected within the carrier's holding period.
- The customer refused to pay customs charges (applies only to destinations where duties are payable on arrival).
In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. A refund may be offered as an alternative, less the original outbound shipping cost and any return handling fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@christiescashmere.co.uk and we will work with the carrier to locate your parcel. International deliveries may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
